Applicant Constraints

List all the problems that you have encountered with an applicant and how you dealt with it.

madami yan but just to share a few:

1. Applicants that doesnt show up for their interview. madalas yan.
2. Applicants with incomplete requirements. madalas ito kapag pre-emp na.
3. Inconsistent statement during the interviews. then come BI, you'll learn na it's a bluff.
4. Mayayabang na aplikante. nakow, madaming ganyan akala mo naman magagaling. hindi naman.
5. Applicants who doest know the position they're applying for.
6. Applicants with below avarage comm skills. ngaun kasi kahit sa anong position, kailangan average comm skills. tama ba ako? hehehe...

So far that's all that I can think of. Am not sure kung ano po yung iba but am sure mas madami pa yun. keep posting na lang guys!
