I would like to ask about the P22 wage hike, Our company is in retail/service industry. Currently we follow the P382 minimum pay and when the new salary regulation was implemented thats when I realize that we supposedly be following the P345 minimum pay rate. I'm not familiar with the brackets of sectors/industry. I thought the standard is P382 in all industries. Can someone please help me to understand this? I'm just new at this field.

When you say Non-Agriculture what kind of industry is that?

If our company, is more or less 15 employees and in retail industry what minimum wage rate should we follow?
